Wade R. Marcum is a Kearney Faculty Scholar in Engineering at Oregon State University. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2006, his M.S. in Nuclear Engineering in 2008 and a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University in 2010.

Marcum’s research interests include nuclear reactor thermal hydraulics, computational fluid dynamics, reactor safety, flow induced vibration, fluid structure interactions, and advanced reactor design.
